According to the monthly business trend survey of the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association, participating cabinet manufacturers reported that compared with the same month in 2020, overall cabinet sales in June 2021 increased by 14.0%. Customized sales increased by 23.4%, and semi-customized sales increased by 18.7%.
A stronger indicator of the industry's continued recovery is monthly comparisons. Compared with May 2021, overall sales in June 2021 increased by 6.1%. Customized sales increased by 13.7%, and semi-customized sales increased by 6.2%.
Sales in 2021 also remain strong. Compared with the same period in 2020, year-to-date overall cabinet sales have increased by 20.2%. Customized sales increased by 23.5%, and semi-customized sales increased by 20.9%.
Wooden cabinets, basins, dressing tables and their components from China continue to have a huge beneficial impact on domestic cabinet manufacturers in the United States.
