In the first quarter of this year, German furniture imports maintained strong growth, with the import value increasing by 19.6% year-on-year to 2.9 billion euros. Among them, China's furniture exports to Germany totaled 986 million euros, a year-on-year increase of 38.3%, and continued to be Germany's largest source of furniture imports. At the same time, the export value of the German furniture industry in the first quarter was 2.14 billion euros, an increase of 11.8% year-on-year; among them, the total export value of German furniture to China was 41.88 million euros, an increase of 8.2% year-on-year. In addition, the German furniture industry saw sales increase by 16.1% in the first quarter to about 4.8 billion euros.
