Global wood consumption to grow 37% by 2050
Dec 05, 2022Global consumption of sawn timber, veneer, plywood, particleboard, pulp and other primary wood products is projected to increase by 37% to 3.1 billion cubic meters of roundwood by 2050, based on a business-as-usual scenario equivalent.
