Recently, American consulting firm Smith Leonard released the latest "Furniture Insights" report. In the report, new orders for civil furniture in the United States in June fell sharply by 39% year-on-year. Compared with the same month in 2019 before the new crown epidemic, new order data also fell by 13.3%. New orders fell 27% in the first half of 2022. On the other hand, civil furniture shipments in June increased by 10%; as orders decreased and shipments increased, order backlog decreased by 17% year-on-year and 10% month-on-month.
